Cartesia June 2026 Sign-Up Promotion - Terms and Conditions

These Customer Sign-Up Promotion Terms and Conditions (these “Promotion Terms”) govern Cartesia AI, Inc.’s (“Cartesia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) limited-time customer sign-up promotion described below (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms and to Cartesia’s Terms of Service available at https://www.cartesia.ai/legal/terms (the “Cartesia Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined in these Promotion Terms have the meanings given to them in the Cartesia Terms.

1. Promotion Overview

1.1 Promotion Period. The Promotion begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on June 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 25, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

1.2 Self-Serve Offer. Eligible new customers who sign up for a Cartesia Pro, Startup, or Scale monthly self-serve plan during the Promotion Period may receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount on the applicable monthly plan price for twelve (12) consecutive monthly billing cycles, subject to these Promotion Terms. The twelve-month discount is equivalent to three (3) months free when applied as a 25% discount over twelve (12) months.

1.3 Enterprise Offer. Prospective customers interested in Cartesia’s Custom or Enterprise plan should reach out to Sales for more information about a potential promotional offer of three (3) months free. Any Enterprise promotional offer is subject to Sales approval and the terms of a mutually executed order form or other written agreement.

1.4 Pricing. Current plan information is available at https://www.cartesia.ai/pricing. Cartesia may update its plans, pricing, features, usage limits, and billing structure in accordance with the Cartesia Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 New Customers and Eligible Upgrades. The Promotion is available only to: (a) new Cartesia customers who create a new Cartesia account and subscribe to an eligible paid plan during the Promotion Period; and (b) existing Cartesia customers who upgrade from their then-current subscription plan to a higher-tier eligible paid plan during the Promotion Period. For clarity, an existing customer’s renewal of its current subscription plan, continued use of the same subscription plan, reactivation without an upgrade, or change to a lower-tier or non-eligible plan does not qualify for the Promotion. Prior customers and customers who previously received a Cartesia promotional discount are not eligible unless Cartesia expressly approves eligibility in writing.

2.2 Eligible Plans. For self-serve customers, the Promotion applies only to the Pro, Startup, and Scale monthly subscription plans. The Promotion does not apply to Free, annual plans, usage-only offerings, add-ons, overages, telephony charges, professional services, marketplace purchases, taxes, or any other charges unless expressly stated by Cartesia in writing.

2.3 Account Requirements. To qualify and remain eligible, you must:

(a) create and maintain a Cartesia account in good standing;

(b) provide accurate, complete, and current account and billing information;

(c) maintain a valid payment method;

(d) comply with the Cartesia Terms, Cartesia’s Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable laws; and

(e) complete the sign-up and subscription process during the Promotion Period.

2.4 Geographic Availability. The Promotion is available only where Cartesia’s Services are lawfully offered and where the Promotion is not prohibited, restricted, or subject to registration or other requirements that Cartesia has not satisfied. Cartesia may restrict availability in any jurisdiction at its discretion.

2.5 Public Sector Customers. Government, public sector, and regulated procurement customers are responsible for confirming that participation in the Promotion is permitted under their applicable procurement, ethics, gifts, and contracting rules. Cartesia may require additional approvals or documentation before applying any promotional offer to a public sector account.

3. Discount Mechanics for Self-Serve Plans

3.1 Discount Amount. For eligible Pro, Startup, and Scale monthly plan subscriptions, Cartesia will apply a 25% discount to the applicable monthly subscription fee for the selected eligible plan.

3.2 Discount Period. The discount begins with the first paid monthly billing cycle for the eligible plan that starts after the customer completes sign-up during the Promotion Period. The discount continues for up to twelve (12) consecutive monthly billing cycles, provided the customer remains subscribed to an eligible plan and remains in good standing.

3.3 No Extension. The discount period will not be extended due to cancellation, non-payment, account suspension, plan downgrades, unused Services, partial monthly usage, or any period during which the customer does not maintain an eligible paid subscription.

3.4 Taxes and Other Charges. The discount applies only to the eligible monthly plan subscription fee. The discount does not apply to taxes, duties, payment processing fees, usage-based charges, overages, add-ons, telephony charges, professional services, enterprise commitments, or other fees.

3.5 Price Changes. If Cartesia changes the price of an eligible plan during the discount period, the 25% discount will apply to the then-current monthly subscription fee for the applicable eligible plan, unless Cartesia specifies otherwise in writing.

3.6 Billing Display. The discount may appear at checkout, in the customer’s account, on invoices, or as an applied promotional credit, depending on Cartesia’s billing systems and payment provider processing.

4. Enterprise and Custom Plan Process

4.1 Sales-Led Process. Custom and Enterprise plan prospects are not automatically enrolled in the Promotion through self-serve sign-up. Custom and Enterprise prospects should contact Cartesia Sales and reach out to Sales for more information.

4.2 Written Agreement Required. Any Enterprise promotional offer is subject to a written order form, master services agreement, or other agreement signed or otherwise accepted by Cartesia and the customer. If there is a conflict between these Promotion Terms and the applicable Enterprise agreement, the Enterprise agreement controls for that Enterprise customer.

4.3 No Automatic Entitlement. Contacting Sales does not guarantee eligibility for, or receipt of, any Enterprise promotional offer. Cartesia may approve, reject, modify, or condition any Enterprise promotional offer at its discretion.

5. Restrictions and Exclusions

5.1 No Combination with Other Offers. The Promotion may not be combined with any other discount, promotional code, coupon, credit, referral benefit, negotiated discount, reseller discount, or special pricing unless Cartesia expressly permits the combination in writing.

5.2 One Promotion Per Customer. The Promotion is limited to one redemption per customer, organization, workspace, billing account, and payment method, as determined by Cartesia.

5.3 Non-Transferable. The Promotion is personal to the eligible customer and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, auctioned, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account.

5.4 No Cash Value. The Promotion has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash, refunds, credits, points, or any other consideration.

5.5 Fraud and Abuse. Cartesia may deny, revoke, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if Cartesia determines that a customer has attempted to abuse the Promotion, create duplicate accounts, misrepresent eligibility, circumvent plan restrictions, violate the Cartesia Terms, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

5.6 Plan Changes.

(a) Upgrades Between Eligible Plan Tiers. If an eligible customer upgrades between plan tiers during the discount period, including from Pro to Startup, Startup to Scale, or Pro to Scale, the remaining monthly billing cycles in the discount period may be applied to the customer’s new plan tier, subject to Cartesia’s billing systems and approval.

(b) Downgrade to Non-Eligible Plan. If an eligible customer downgrades to Free or another non-eligible plan, the customer forfeits any remaining promotional discount.

(c) Change to Annual Plan. If an eligible customer switches to an annual plan, Enterprise plan, or other custom billing arrangement, the self-serve promotional discount will not automatically carry over unless Cartesia agrees in writing.

(d) No Restart. A plan change, cancellation, reactivation, or new workspace will not restart or extend the twelve-month discount period.

5.7 No Retroactive Application. The Promotion may not be applied retroactively to subscriptions started before the Promotion Period, invoices already issued, or amounts already paid.

6. Payment, Renewal, and Cancellation

6.1 Payment Method. A valid payment method may be required to redeem the Promotion. By subscribing to an eligible paid plan, you authorize Cartesia and its payment service provider to charge your payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

6.2 Automatic Renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable subscription period frequency unless you cancel before the renewal date. During the discount period, eligible renewal charges will reflect the promotional discount. After the discount period ends, your subscription will renew at the then-current standard price for your plan unless you cancel or change your plan before renewal.

6.3 Standard Pricing Resumes. Standard pricing resumes automatically on the first billing cycle after the twelve (12) discounted monthly billing cycles end, or earlier if you become ineligible for the Promotion.

6.4 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the Cartesia Terms. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not entitle you to a refund, cash payment, credit, or extension of the Promotion unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by Cartesia in writing.

6.5 Non-Payment. If a payment fails or your account is past due, Cartesia may suspend or terminate access to paid Services and may revoke any remaining promotional benefit.

6.6 No Refunds or Credits. Except as expressly required by law or stated in the Cartesia Terms, subscription payments are nonrefundable and Cartesia does not provide credits for partially used billing periods, unused Services, canceled subscriptions, or forfeited promotional discounts.

7. Modification, Suspension, and Termination

7.1 Promotion Changes. Cartesia may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, including due to technical issues, billing errors, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, business changes, or circumstances outside Cartesia’s reasonable control.

7.2 Effect on Existing Redemptions. If Cartesia modifies, suspends, or cancels the Promotion, Cartesia may continue, modify, or terminate promotional benefits for existing participants, provided that Cartesia will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing benefits already validly redeemed by eligible customers unless required by law, necessary to address fraud or abuse, or necessary to correct an error.

7.3 Errors. Cartesia may correct typographical, technical, pricing, billing, or other errors relating to the Promotion at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

8. Relationship to Cartesia Terms

8.1 Cartesia Terms Apply. Your access to and use of the Services remain governed by the Cartesia Terms, Cartesia’s Acceptable Use Policy, and any applicable order form or written agreement.

8.2 Conflict. If these Promotion Terms conflict with the Cartesia Terms, these Promotion Terms control only with respect to the Promotion, eligibility, discount mechanics, and promotional billing treatment. The Cartesia Terms control in all other respects.

8.3 Services Not Modified. These Promotion Terms do not modify Cartesia’s service descriptions, usage limits, acceptable use rules, ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity provisions, suspension rights, or other non-promotional terms unless expressly stated.

9. Disputes; Governing Law

9.1 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute, you and Cartesia agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and allowing thirty (30) days for response.

9.2 Arbitration and Class Action Waiver. To the extent the Cartesia Terms require arbitration or include a class action waiver for disputes relating to the Services, those provisions apply to disputes relating to the Promotion, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

9.3 Governing Law. These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of any applicable arbitration agreement.

9.4 Forum. If a dispute relating to these Promotion Terms is not subject to arbitration, the exclusive forum for that dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the Cartesia Terms require a different forum for a particular claim or applicable law requires otherwise.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Severability. If any provision of these Promotion Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from these Promotion Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10.2 No Waiver. Cartesia’s failure to enforce any provision of these Promotion Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

10.3 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Promotion Terms without Cartesia’s prior written consent. Cartesia may assign these Promotion Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

10.4 Entire Agreement. These Promotion Terms, together with the Cartesia Terms and any applicable order form or written agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cartesia regarding the Promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications regarding the Promotion.
